This step-by-step guide will teach you how to sync your Asana tasks with your Google Calendar. To complete this sync, you will need to perform steps in both Asana and Google Calendar. Once you've logged into both applications, this process should take no longer than 5 minutes. You'll be able to see your tasks reflected on your calendar in no time!
1. Log into your Asana account
2. Click on "My Tasks" in the lefthand menu
3. Click the dropdown menu next to "My Tasks"
4. Click on "Sync to Calendar…"
5. Click on "Copy link"
6. Navigate to Google Calendar
7. In the lefthand menu next to "Other Calendars", click on "Add other calendars"
8. Click on "From URL"
9. Paste the URL you copied from Asana
10. Click on "Add calendar"
11. Exit the "Settings" page to return to your Google Calendar home page
12. View your newly added Asana calendar under "Other Calendars"
