This is a helpful setting to teach for new members of a team during onboarding. This can only be done online, it won't work with the Google Calendar mobile app!
1. Navigate to Google Calendar
2. Click on the "Options" button next to your Calendar
3. Click on "Settings and sharing"
4. Select "Share with specific people"
5. Click on "Add people"
Add ALL your team members.
6. Type [Desired Email to Share With]
7. 🎉Click on "Send"
