Community love
It's so wild to imagine not being a part of this community. I've learned so many things. Work can become so separated that it feels nice to have 'work' spaces that are for fun and learning.
This community has been incredibly beneficial for my personal and professional development. The energy and support from leaders like me who establish processes and procedures within their organizations is so grounding. I'm so grateful to be here!
The best way I can describe Software Guides is that it’s a magnet for unicorns. If you are an authentic and kind person, delight in continual learning, can’t help asking the “why” questions, and enjoy connecting with other awesome humans, don’t get too close because I promise you’ll get pulled into this community.
